Problem
Eastern Bank, the oldest and largest mutual bank in the United States, needed to increase brand awareness and engagement with the bank's target audience while showcasing Eastern Bank's commitment to community involvement and social responsibility.
Solution
Part of the solution was to launch a content-rich microsite that featured a user-friendly interface and highlighted the brand's corporate social responsibility efforts to help them form an opinion.
